Freebird Apron Halter Dress

Okay, here it is! Another tester dress.  This one was made for ( and is modeled by ) my 2 year-old niece. It was sewn without a pattern and without me having her nearby to try on as I went along so I've already made some small changes. :) But, I would really like some feedback so there are a few available at a reduced price for you to purchase in exchange for your opinion on fit & style.
