Of ice and internet woes...

 

I know I promised that something new was coming to LG last week but that was before we got bombarded with a nasty winter storm { that's my backyard pond frozen solid in the picture above! } and I couldn't get outside to finish up some photos.

C'mon y'all, this is Texas - we don't DO snow here!

Much less 4 days of it.

Bleh.

 

But the sun came out over the weekend and we finally thawed out. It was perfect picture-taking weather!

And then our internet went out.

For three days.

 

So bear with me please. I'm now behind on correspondence and such, so as soon as I get caught up I will get busy finishing up the photo editing and listings for the new items.

BOGO sale still going on, but this is the last week!  I have a few new samples to list in the Etsy shop within the next day or two.  And there is one last Joyful pinafore in size 3T.  Monogramming NOT included! Christmas has come and gone for this year, but you can always buy ahead for next year! :)

 

 

Also,  just a reminder on the BOGO DIY Scrappy Packs - when you place an order for these and use the coupon code, you must enter a quantity of two in order for it to work out correctly.  I know it's a bit confusing and I'm sorry about that!

Christmas BOGO Sale

 

I know it's right before Christmas and if you're like me, you are all shopped out!

But in preparation for the new year, and for a limited time, how about another BOGO sale?

It doesn't happen too often, but I'm ready to clear out the old to make room for the new.

 

 

The details:

 

* Buy any item and get the second 50% off.  Does NOT apply to custom orders or monogramming.

 

* The sale extends to both the website & the Etsy shop.

They both are pretty much stocked with the same items ( website has a bit better of a selection and more size 5/6 items ) so it's just a matter of which you prefer to use.

 

* Unfortunately neither site has a good way to use a coupon code at checkout for a BOGO discount. You will have to wait for a revised invoice if you purchase off Etsy OR you can go ahead and complete payment and we will issue a refund for the discount.

On the website, you must complete checkout before the order will come through, but you will receive an immediate refund for the difference.

 

* Orders will have a 2 week ship time. So, don't make a purchase and expect to get it by Christmas.

New Items :: Part II

 

 

As promised, more new items are available today! But, I still have a few more things... I'm having a really hard time getting the photos edited for some, so there are a couple that I need to retake. :)

Hello December!

 

Wow. All my good intentions of getting back to regular blogging went out the window this fall!

And now it's December.

Already.

 

The last few months have been crazy busy. I ended up traveling quite a bit during September & October, had a precious new niece born and have just flat had a lot of stuff going on. Amazing how much time "stuff" can take up, isn't it?!

 

But I really, really am ready to starting posting regularly again. For real this time. Consider it one of my New Year's resolutions a month early.

 

This is my absolutely.favorite.time.of.year. and so I have lots to post about. :)

 

First things first though...

 

I DO have new items coming either by this weekend or no later than Monday. Most of them will be available for immediate shipment and there will also be a few samples for sale. 

 

And, you now have another place to shop besides the website...

check out the new Etsy shop.

So call me crazy, but yes, I did open a completely new one.  I've been toying with the idea for awhile now and finally decided to just DO it.  You may ask what was wrong with the other one and the truth of the matter is, I just thought the shop name was too much of a mouthful. Really. It was bugging me. Silly, I know, but there you have it!

So, nothing is new but the name. Everything else is the same old LG.

I think that's all the news I have for now. I'll be back again to update you when the new items are up.

 

For now I will leave you with a few photos that I managed to quickly snap when I took two of my nieces to the Gaylord Texan this week to see their spectacular holiday displays.

 

There were some awesome photo ops, but trying to get two very excited little girls to stay still long enough to take advantage of them was impossible!

Goodbye January, Hello February!

I can't say that I am sorry to see January go.  It really wasn't the best of months. :(

February brings us closer to spring, and of course Valentines Day is thrown in there as well.  I can't say that it's my favorite holiday because there are a few others that rank higher on my list, but I have to say, it is still fun!

Sorry again that it has taken me soooo long to get everything together here with the remnant sale and the new items listed.  I've said it before, but I'll say it again ~ It's just a crazy, crazy time of year for me with not nearly enough hours in the day. Ugh. And I am trying to get over a cold which has had me up nearly every night coughing. Double ugh.

So, on Monday I plan to have it ALL completed! Really. :)

There are a few fabrics left from the post below and I have just a couple more to add on Monday.  Also, there are some clearance items on the website (NOT the Etsy shop), but none of the new items yet. { Well, I take that back... if you look carefully, two of them snuck in, including the bubble skirt tester... } Check the "Final Clearance" section for the sale items ~ including these:
